Financial Services and the Financial Services Institute developed a two day programme on Dispute Resolution in the banking sector.<\/p><p>The programme was based on real cases and offered a unique opportunity to participants to gain an insight on the reasoning applied in cases, the approach used and the different avenues available during a dispute.<\/p><p>The aim of this programme was to guide
